bones splinter down the roads
like they do
here
here
&
where
your breath
cuts
thoughts
to
melt
with
sundown
&
sea
where
sea foam
froths
over the mound of bodies
watching
an evening sky
still
so clear
so profound
so dead
where
chalks breaking
into pieces
&
melting
in our fingers
waiting
to circle the world
to circle the world

Passionate and gritty, bare bones revealed as is the current, sorrowful trend today. Thank you again for agreeing to contribute to the Poets for peace Project. We are very much obliged.
